"Several years later, this show still holds a special place in my heart. It was a bit of a last minute thing traveling from Raleigh, NC with a good friend but I am so glad I did. Looks Like Rain is an all-time personal favorite and to hear John bring a fresh and energetic take to it was amazing. Second set with Scarlet>UJB>FotM>Terrapin felt euphoric. Incredible all around. I don’t know, must have been the Roses!"

"My fiancé literally fell unconscious during Bird Song… needless to say; this show is HOT"

On the Bus Bill 7/31/2022 2:43:06 PM

"That Bird Song is magic!!"

Smokemaster E 6/16/2022 4:00:54 AM

"Have seen them at least 1x on every tour. Thinking Clt was the best one yet. Looking forward to Burgettstown"

KC the Sunshine Man 1/12/2022 5:47:27 PM

"I have read the posted reviews and say “meh” to many of them. Sorry, just my opinion as your comment was yours. For me the second set was iconic with both TS and SB. Drums killed it for me but I am a Drums fanatic. Fire was extra-Terrestrial for me, too. Cassidy…what can I say! The finish with Ripple was such a topper for me! Maybe it was the ‘shrooms, I mean Roses. The music never ends, thank God!"

James 1/7/2022 3:10:21 PM

"This is one of my favorite shows. Epic first set. The second set was the same up until an incredible drums/space. The only thing I would have changed is the speedway/peter/Casey following then it would have been truly interstellar. Great encore."

"K JM always has been playing Mr Charlie"

K 11/26/2021 3:35:23 PM

"JM on Mr Charlie! Wow!"

Philip 10/20/2021 3:17:27 PM

"I feel like they kept dropping my face on the floor in Terrapin. They’d raise me up and drop me over and over again toward the end. This after a deeply moving UJB recalling merry festivals in forests from long ago. First set was fun. Second was exhausting. Tight show. "

Robert 10/17/2021 7:00:30 AM

"Awesome show. Seen then on every tour since 2015 in many cities and this might have been the tightest one yet. Loved Charlie, UJB, ripple terrapin, whole show. Look forward to spring tour"

Zork Winklestein 10/15/2021 12:28:14 AM

"I wish Mickey would play a traditional drum-set. When I saw “the dead” in 2003 he was playing a standard trap set and it made the drum section sound much bigger. Not knocking Bill the drummer but he doesn’t provide the fire energy that drums normally bring to a rock outfit. He changed his style of playing to be able to physically get through a 3 hour concert at the age of too close to 80! I get it! I just wish Mickey would support the beat more instead of lallygagging around until Space with those red brush-like sticks. Watch some 89’ footage and you’ll know what I’m talking about. Mickey used to add so much more with a trap-set. Again I’m not hating, I love it—-I’ve listened to every single show front to back on this tour so I’m definitely not a hater, just expressing some constructive criticism. At least they turned Mickey up in the mix at this show!!! I’m eternally GRATEFUL that John fell in love with this music and injected some fresh, new, young energy into our scene. Keep touring boys!! Essea 10/14/2021 1:51:30 PM

"Such a beautiful show! Every single moment = magic!! Did you all take my gd playlist and play all my favs? It almost seems as if. Love it! Keep rockin!!!"

Nay 10/13/2021 12:50:03 PM

"This show ranked on the top of my list. Every moment was magical. The Ripple encore was just beautiful. Actually brought tears to my eyes. What a beautiful journey they took us on. I feel so grateful to have been there. Can’t wait to see you them next year."

Eric 10/13/2021 10:57:28 AM

"Oteil absolutely SLAYED Fire On the Mountain - was so stoked to see him sing, dude has a fantastic voice!! Enjoyed the whole show but there were some “meh” moments - imo Raleigh was much tighter. All in all though, a great show!"

Cole C 10/13/2021 10:23:06 AM

"Great show! First set had tons of energy ending with a killer bird song. Second set kind of lost its steam after terrapin, but the ripple encore was awesome. John and Jeff were in their own world together the whole show, but it felt like everyone wanted to go different directions in open jams. 4/5 stars for me ????"

Midas Well 10/13/2021 9:33:15 AM

"Super Tight all the way through. Bobby sounds incredible, WOW on the whole show but Cassidy, LLR, Bird Song, Terrapin, were filthy. JM tore up the Tennessee Jed… Ripple was gorgeous! Enjoy y’all. See y’all at the bowl!!!"

Tyson Batts 10/12/2021 10:00:28 PM

"Fantastic show from start to finish. Cassidy and Looks Like Rain were both incredible. The jams of Uncle John’s Band, Fire on the Mountain and Terrapin were all face melting. And to top it off that powerful rendition of Black Peter. Love this band and all it’s fans. Til next time friends, let the good times roll!"

Pancake 10/12/2021 2:38:40 PM

"Super stunning show! Fucking loved every second of it. Everyone on stage gave off an undescribable energy and John absolutely killed it. Definitely can't wait to see them again!"

Oteil was awesome on Fire!. Bobby sounds great. John is so sexy and just simply fire ??! JM has perfect energy. Such a great addition to the band. Can’t wait till they come again next year. "

John 10/12/2021 1:38:45 PM

"Loved them in the 80s/90s and love them now. CLT rocked! Bobby sounds incredible, John rips, Oteil jams, Jeff’s keys!, Bill is Drums, Mikey is Space. My 14 year old experienced CLT and is now forever a Head too. ??"

Ben 10/12/2021 6:21:28 AM

"My first show! I loved every minute of it. Highlights for me are the birdsong, scarlet -> ujb -> fire and terrapin Was surprised how much I enjoyed drums / space live!"
