- This night was a celebration of the life, legacy, and achievements of Jonny and Marsha Zazula.
- All 16 songs performed this evening come from the '83-'84 era.
- This was the first time in over three years that "Motorbreath" was played. It was last performed on March 9, 2019 in Louisville, KY.
- This was only the 7th time that "No Remorse" was performed over the last 10 years. This was also a rare performance of the full version of the song.
- This was only the 6th time that "The Call of Ktulu" was played over the last 10 years. It was last performed on September 6 & 8 during the S&M2 shows.
- This was only the 5th time that "Phantom Lord" was performed over the last 10 years. It was last played on March 13, 2019. This was also a rare performance of the full version of the song.
- After making an appearance during the 40th Anniversary concerts, "Am I Evil?" was performed again in its entirety.
- This was only the 4th time that "Blitzkrieg" was performed over the last 10 years. It was last played on February 10, 2018 in Turin, Italy.
- Metallica performed 16 songs off of three albums: Kill 'Em All (7), Ride the Lightning (7), and Garage Inc. (2)

"I’ve been to about 25 Metallica shows dating back to 1986 (saw them with Cliff open up for Ozzy) and this was easily in my Top 3 Metallica shows of all time. This setlist is tough to beat and the guys played each song with the intensity like they did back in the early 80s. This is live thrash at its best! ??????????"

"Without a doubt one of the greatest shows I have ever seen. I’m stoked that Metallica is as always being a pioneer of metal and adding their music to Nugs. Really happy that I can revisit this epic evening. A perfect and touching tribute to the Zazula’s and a die hard fans dream setlist. I never thought I would ever get to bare witness to most of these songs live. "
